Noris Chavarría, the founder of Queer Compass, is dedicated to empowering LGBTQ+ individuals and people of color with personalized coaching. Aimed at guiding clients to personal and professional fulfillment, Queer Compass is built on inclusivity, compassion, and empowerment. It offers exploration, growth, and self-discovery, with coaching sessions tailored to each client’s path to success and happiness.
Originally from Jamaica, Queens in NYC, Noris attended Tufts University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Spanish. This ignited a passion for cultural exploration. He furthered his education at The New School University with a Master of Arts in Media Production and Digital Strategy. Certified by the International Coaching Federation, his diverse experiences in cities like Boston, San Francisco, and Los Angeles have enriched his unique coaching approach. Beyond coaching, he is a cultural producer in social wellness, an avid photographer, and a loving caregiver to Kai, his seventeen-year-old miniature pinscher.
