After six years of working in the startup world as an operator, Jannah has always gravitated towards People/HR responsibilities and roles throughout her career. Jannah realized she wanted to change how companies, employees, and leaders viewed/understood HR from an inclusivity and strategic perspective. As a Queer, Lebanese, Cis woman, Jannah saw that safe and inclusive workplaces were not as widely established as they should be – especially in tech. Jannah is most passionate about laying healthy, inclusive foundations that can profoundly affect an organization.
