PROGRESSIVE WAY THERAPY
Pronouns: She/Her
Progressive Way Therapy is a safe place for progressive individuals seeking virtual therapy in Texas. The owner, Blanca Kleinfall, is a progressive-minded therapist with over 10 years of experience working with clients on their anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, boundary building, and learning about healthy relationships.
She offers a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals, minorities, BIPOC, neurodivergent, and non-faith-based adults who are struggling to stay strong in this hectic world. If you're here, you may feel exhausted from trying to keep everything together. With Blanca's guidance and understanding, her clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.
VIRTUAL SERVICES
Individual Therapy
Blanca uses a mixture of empathic modalities to ensure that we can get to the core issues of what brings you to counseling. The first several sessions will be spent hearing your concerns about what is bringing you to therapy. Blanca wants to get to know who you are and what paths in life led you here. You will work together with Blanca to create your unique therapy goals and discuss which therapy modalities will be most helpful towards achieving them. This can include a combination of narrative client-centered talk therapy, psychoeducational materials, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy).
Access: Blanca provides virtual therapy services to clients in the state of Texas. At this time, only virtual sessions are available. Session hours are Monday-Thursday from 9am to 4pm.
Price: Private pay rate is $200 for a 50 minute session. Insurances accepted: Aetna, United, Optum, Cigna, BCBS-Tx.
CONTACT PROGRESSIVE WAY THERAPY
Blanca Kleinfall is a Hispanic therapist based in Texas and the founder of Progressive Way Therapy. As a bisexual, non-religious, neurodivergent (ADHD) minority, she enjoys working with clients who hold marginalized identities—because she understands, on a personal level, what it’s like to navigate systems that weren’t built with you in mind. Blanca believes deeply in the power of authenticity in therapy and isn’t afraid to keep it real with the people she works with.
Blanca’s got 30 indoor plants thriving in her home office, a chug (chihuahua/pug mix) named Eddie G. who keeps her company, and a love for coloring and crafting in her downtime.
