The Kilted Counseling team believes in meeting you where you are and empowering you with tools to help shape your life into what you want it to be. Their own experiences living in marginalized communities give them insight into what has shaped you — and what you may want to explore as you heal and grow into the version of yourself you want to be.
VIRTUAL SERVICES

Description: One-on-one sessions for anyone ages 11 and up. Sessions are 60 to 90 minutes and focused entirely on your needs, goals, and personal growth.
Access: Virtual.
Price: Sliding scale depending on need and length of session: $135-$500.

Description: 60–90 minute sessions with two or more people in a relationship dynamic — including couples, parents and adult children, siblings, or polycules.
Access: Virtual.
Price: Sliding scale depending on need and length of session: $185-$750.

Description: Provides oversight and mentoring to pre-licensure (interns), or entry level licensure (associates) therapists.
Access: Virtual.
Price: Sliding scale based on income (pay-what-you-earn model). Individual and group sessions range from $40 to $200.

Description: 30–60 minute sessions for licensed professionals seeking guidance, support, or insight on areas where they feel less experienced or want to build additional skills.

Price: Sliding scale depending on income (pay what you earn model) and individual or group sessions: $40-$350.

Description: A deep trauma repair tool that can be used alongside regular therapy or as a standalone approach. Beck offers Brainspotting in 60-minute sessions, either integrated into ongoing work or as the sole focus of treatment.

Beck Pazdral (they/them) is part of the counseling team at Kilted Counseling. Beck began their counseling work at universities in their 20s and opened their private practice in 2018. Known for their ability to observe patterns and help others understand their own behaviors, Beck has always been the kind of person people naturally feel comfortable opening up to.
They enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, breaking through barriers, and building tools to create a better future. Beck brings a direct, quirky, and humorous approach to their practice — because they believe laughter is healing and it absolutely belongs in therapy.
