Einar Escoto is the Founder of Mindsei, a transformative coaching practice that encompasses Mind, Spiritual, Executive, and Intuitive coaching. First launched as a psychic mediumship and tarot reading business, Einar now specializes in clinical hypnotherapy and energy healing, using these modalities to guide clients on a profound journey towards Soul evolution. Mindsei’s core philosophy is captured in its tagline, "Come back home to yourself," emphasizing the pivotal role of radical authenticity in fostering individual and collective Soul growth.
Einar's path to becoming a Mindsei coach is distinguished by his extensive professional background and strong educational foundation, including an MA in Women's Studies from San Diego State University. His experience encompasses over a decade in content management and production, with three years working alongside celebrity life coach Tony Robbins, over fourteen years in diversity, equity, and inclusion facilitation and strategy, and twelve years in education. His educational roles span from higher-ed faculty to poetry workshop facilitator in San Diego juvenile halls and community schools, culminating in a Senior Manager position in the Ed-tech sector. In Summer 2019, Einar published "The Woman Inside of Me," a book documenting his gender transition.
