Motivo’s products are rooted in function, quality, and authenticity, built to solve the real challenges patients face after surgery or injury.
Founder and CEO Jadis Montijo launched Motivo after his own frustrating experience recovering from top surgery, where existing scar care products failed to deliver results. Drawing on a decade of entrepreneurial experience, he partnered with Dr. Keith to create a better alternative. As a trans entrepreneur, Jadis sees Motivo not only as a business but as a platform to challenge industry norms, uplift his community, and prove that resilience can turn personal challenges into powerful change.
