Description: This includes your own personal genetics-based DNA test detailing 36 unique traits for your personal genetic disposition. A 1-hour private consultation with your expert coach reviewing all your results in detail. Plus, you will have the opportunity to discuss what each genome result means for you, and how you can use that knowledge effectively to optimize your fitness, health and wellness.

Description: This includes the above “Genetics Based DNA Test with Expert Consultation” at a discounted rate, as well as an expertly designed personalized Integrated Wellness Program, along with a full 3 Months (12 weeks) of ongoing full-service coaching and support.
You will receive your unique personal training program based on your genetic results, continual updating and coaching, ongoing nutrition review via your diet log with guidance (macros, foods, etc…), and a lifestyle well-being quiz with expert review.
You get a minimum of a 1-hour personal coaching appointment every week covering all aspects of your pre-determined wellness goals, your progress, pain points, nutrition, health coaching, etc… You will also have additional periodic quick check-ins throughout each week, as well as access to Coach Xan (as available) for ongoing support.
You will greatly benefit from having Your own Genetics Based Program Designer, Certified DNA Coach and Certified Health Coach, all in one place with continual ongoing expert support and guidance. Together with Coach Xan, you will achieve RESULTS!
