Leslie Hensley is Co-Founder and People Leader at HENSLEE, based in Oakland, CA, occupying the Confederate Villages of Lisjan, and Muwekma Ohlone land. Leslie leads with intention and connection. She believes that people are the key to success. She finds fulfillment in helping companies build strong, healthy organizations and has a passion for helping others succeed.
Lee Turner is Co-Founder and People Leader at HENSLEE, based in his favorite city, San Francisco, CA, occupying Muwekma Ohlone, and Ramaytush Ohlone land. As Co-Founder, Lee helps create an equitable and engaging culture for all team members so they can show up authentically and do what inspires them. As a People Leader, he supports his clients’ mission to cultivate and grow their company through a people-first strategy.
