RAH! Power Fitness was born to help people elevate their health & fitness through community, connection, and by creating a welcoming, safe atmosphere no matter who you are. Their Certified Personal Trainers and Certified Nutrition Coaches work to make this happen by tapping into the POWER of Routine, the POWER of Accountability, & the POWER of Health no matter your background, beliefs, sexual orientation, gender identification, ability, age, or body size. Omar Barnhart is the owner of RAH Power Fitness. Omar is a certified personal trainer and group fitness coach and also holds a certification in nutrition coaching. He creates spaces dedicated to promoting the power of routine, accountability, and health. With a background in Teaching and Leadership he works to ensure every time he connects with his clients is time well spent through movement, nutrition coaching, or both.

Description: Receive personalized support as Omar works with you to align your nutrition habits with your goals. Nutrition coaching may include:
A customized nutrition guide tailored to your goals, including macronutrient and calorie targets (if relevant to your plan).
Weekly text check-ins.
Weekly phone or Zoom sessions to reflect on progress and plan ahead.
And more individualized tools and strategies to help you stay consistent and supported throughout your journey.
