Caitlin Copple is the Founding Partner at Full Swing Public Relations. Their work teaching clients to “be the news” has elevated the stories of diverse founders, sold books, won elections, passed legislation in multiple states, and even ousted a lawmaker accused of sexual assault. She has placed clients in top outlets including CNN, Forbes, TIME, Fast Company, and The New York Times. Caitlin and her business partner, Holly Conti, scaled the agency to seven figures in less than four years.
A longtime advocate for equity and representation, Caitlin became the first openly queer person elected to the Missoula City Council in 2012, after challenging an incumbent who opposed LGBTQ-inclusive protections. That experience continues to guide their work, which centers on helping underrecognized leaders reclaim their power and share their stories with authenticity and impact. She lives in Boise, Idaho with her son, Tollie, and their dachshund, Ginsburg.
