The Fammbassador Program is an opportunity to become a leader within the Famm Connect community. Each quarter, a small group of Fammbassadors helps keep the community engaged and welcoming—greeting new members, keeping the feed active, and fostering connection. If you're looking to grow your presence, build meaningful relationships, and be part of something bigger, this is for you.

Here’s what you get as a Fammbassador

  • Founders Cat or Marianna will personally promote you directly in the feed with a post introducing you and your fellow Fammbassadors to the community.

    This will be a group feature, split into two posts, each highlighting half of the Fammbassadors.

    We’ll make sure to include your name, your business name, and a couple of sentences about you, along with a tag so people can easily find you, connect with you, and learn more about your work.

  • Get featured in a special group spotlight in our quarterly newsletter, where you and your fellow Fammbassadors will be introduced to over 5,000 people in the Hey Famm community, giving your business valuable exposure.

  • Be part of a group post on our Instagram, reaching over 10K followers, where we’ll celebrate the Fammbassador crew and share your business with our vibrant community.

  • Get exclusive access to our quarterly virtual networking events—usually reserved for premium businesses. It’s your chance to connect, share ideas, and expand your network across industries in an intimate, high-energy setting.

  • Get the chance to be the first to share feedback, ideas, and more in a quarterly product feedback meeting with the Founders of Hey Famm, helping shape the future of the platform.

How Fammbassadors Can Get Involved

  • Engage consistently in the community feed in a way that feels natural—likes, comments, or both.

  • Welcome new members when they introduce themselves in the feed—so everyone gets multiple warm replies.

  • Feel free to post weekly. Wins, resources, or anything you think others might appreciate.

  • Share about Famm Connect on your social media, in your newsletter or anywhere you have a queer audience virtually, at least twice during the quarter (we’ll provide templates).

  • We invite Fammbassadors to stay engaged for a 3-month cycle. At the end, you can decide if you’d like to keep going.
