FAMM EVENT WAIVER
AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By registering for and participating in any Hey Famm LLC sponsored event, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in this event is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. I voluntarily assume all such risks related to my participation.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Hey Famm LLC, its founders, employees, volunteers, affiliates, sponsors, and partners (collectively, "Famm" or “Famm Connect”) from any and all liability, claims, or demands for injury, loss, or damage, including those caused by negligence, that may arise from my participation in this event.

Media Release

I grant Hey Famm LLC permission to use my image, likeness, and any recorded media (photos, videos, etc.) taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes without compensation. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the event staff upon arrival.

Code of Conduct

I agree to abide by the Famm Code of Conduct, which promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants. Harassment, discrimination, hate, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund if applicable or recourse.

COVID-19 and Health Safety (If applicable)

I acknowledge the potential health risks associated with in-person gatherings and agree to follow any safety protocols established by Hey Famm LLC, including mask-wearing, social distancing, or providing proof of vaccination if required. I release Famm Connect from any claims related to illness or exposure.

Acknowledgment of Agreement

By participating in any Hey Famm in-person event, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver. I confirm that I am at least 21 years old.
